When your Management Team or Board Members are satisfied with the proposed programs, PICS will provide a written Operations Manual that is designed specifically for your facility and its requirements so that all PICS personnel follow the protocols as requested by your facility to ensure the maximum standards are maintained with our Concierge Services.

The Mission of the company is to provide Concierge Staffing Services to small & medium size Residential Condominium Associations in the Arlington & Alexandria, Virginia areas which enables those properties to offer benefits for the residents regarding Front Desk Staffing, Mail Transfer Services, Manage Package Delivery & Pickup services, Convenience Key management, Noise Complaint Response, Bell Cart & Grocery Cart management, Calls for Taxi & Uber service for residents, Maintain an Emergency Assistance list for Disabled Residents in case of Fire or Flood, and other services as requested by the Board.

The Polk International Concierge personnel also assist the Property Management with functions such as Access Control, Phone answering services, Camera Observations, Parking Pass maintenance & Towing Policy enforcement,  Maintenance Department Response management, Freight Elevator & other Amenity Reservations, Realtor Lock-Box management, Key Control management for facility Keys, Pest Control Scheduling, and facility patrol services. Plus, any other duties as requested by the Management or Board for the property to operate in an organized professional fashion for the benefit of all of the residents.

The Goal of PICS is to provide trained Concierge Personnel that reflect the professionalism and ethics of excellent Customer Service Standards for each account. The owner of PICS has over 53 years of experience in customer service standards and ethics provided through over 30 years as a Manager in the Retail Food & Drug Industry, over 10 years from his own personal Courier Services & two Non-Profit Companies, plus over 13 years in the Private Security Industry and the Concierge Industry. James has gained this Customer Service knowledge from the States of Texas, Florida, Kentucky, and Virginia.

The PICS Staff personnel are personally Trained & Supervised by James, and he makes regular visits with the Contact Person for each account to ensure that the Professionalism & Ethics Standards are maintained to the satisfaction of each account.
